What is Game Day Giveback?

CFC is excited to launch the Game Day Giveback Program, a community fundraiser designed exclusively for youth sports clubs in the El Paso and Las Cruces area. This program gives your team the opportunity to raise funds by selling tickets to the upcoming CFC Event at Speaking Rock on October 18, 2025.

When your club participates, every ticket sold through your unique promo code and URL generates direct funding for your program, paid out in the form of a charitable contribution to your club.

How It Works

Register Your Club – CFC will provide your team with:

  • A custom promo code (tracked through Eventbrite)
  • A unique ticket purchase link and QR Code
  • A custom-designed flyer ready for sharing on social media, club apps, and email

Club Flyers Examples

Earn with Every Ticket 

  • For each ticket purchased using your club’s promo code, your team earns $15.
  • Clubs that sell 200+ tickets unlock a bonus payout, earning $20 per ticket sold.
  • Collect Your Funds – After the event, CFC will issue a check donation directly to your club.


Tracking & Reporting

Promo codes are collected via Eventbrite to ensure accurate tracking.

Following the event, CFC will generate a promo code sales report that can be shared with your club’s program director or president. This report shows the total tickets sold under your team’s code. Please note: we cannot track tickets by individual player, only by team promo code. Clubs may use the report internally to tally sales among players.


Key Details

  • Promo Codes: Only tickets purchased using your club’s assigned promo code or link are eligible.
  • Previous Purchases: Tickets bought before the promo code was applied cannot be credited retroactively.
  • Promotion Deadline: Ends October 18, 2025 or earlier if the event sells out.
  • Payouts: Distributed in check form directly to the registered club within approximately 30 days after the event concludes.
  • Tracking: Sales are tracked via Eventbrite and reported back by promo code only.
